Hotel seal in Lamjung when corona infection was found in Manang

For the first time, a person has been infected with corona virus (Covid 19) in the Himalayan district of Manang.

 A 57-year-old employee of Chame in Manang, From 14, Kapilvastu, has tested positive for corona.  The employees had reached Manang from Kapilvastu on May 6.  After coming to Manang, he was placed in a quarantine set up in a popular high school from Chame village municipality.  Throat swab was collected for corona virus test on June 10 and sent to Pokhara.  Badri Raj Acharya, head of the health office in Manang, said the man has been kept in isolation at the District Hospital, Chame.  Acharya said that his health condition was normal.

 It has been revealed that he was staying at Pushpanjali Hotel in Besishahar Municipality-7, Manangechautar of Lamjung on June 5 from Kapilbastu's house.  Everyone who came to Manang with him has been kept in quarantine.  According to the Manang Health Office, throat swabs of 11 people who were in contact with him were collected and sent to Pokhara on Thursday.

 According to Manang Chief District Officer Pushparaj Poudel, high vigilance has been adopted in Manang after one person was found to be infected with corona.  All the information about the districts where the infected have been in contact and where they are staying has been collected and those in contact have been kept in quarantine.  According to him, 23 people from the Himalayan district Manang have been sent to Pokhara so far.  Of them, the report of 1 has been positive and the report of 6 has been negative.  He said that the report of 16 people has not been received yet.

 Corona seals hotel where infected

 Mustang Corona virus (kobhida 1 9) appear to be positive infection test report has been sealed to a hotel employee sitting in Lamjung Besisahar.

 According to the administration, the hotel was sealed after it was revealed that he was staying at the Pushpanjali Hotel at Manangechautara in Besisahar Municipality-7.  According to Chief District Officer Krishna Prasad Sharma, the hotel has been sealed since Thursday morning.  He said the infected hotel was sealed saying there was a risk of corona infection.  According to Prajia Sharma, throat swabs of four members of the family running the hotel were collected and sent to Pokhara on Thursday.

 The hotel operator's family is not allowed to come out.  No one from outside is allowed inside.  The administration has stated that the operator of the infected bus has been questioned saying that other people may have come to the hotel and may be at risk.  In the first phase, the family's swab was sent and after receiving their report, those who were in contact with them will also be tested for corona, said Prajia Shama.

 The administration has started searching for those who are in contact with the hotel as the risk of corona may increase in the citizens of Lamjung from the infected people who have reached Manang through Lamjung's valley city.  Police have been mobilized for the security of the sealed hotel.  Locals in the area are also scared after the person with corona infection stayed at a hotel in Bensisahar.  The administration office has requested those staying or staying at the hotel since June 6 to contact the administration or any health related office if they have any doubts.
